How To Enable Background Audio In iOS 6:

Step 1: Launch Cydia and access the Manage Tab.

Step 2: Navigate to Sources > Edit > Add and insert the following repo as a source.

Step 3: After the Repo is added, Access the Search tab and search for a Cydia Package named “BgVideo” and Install it right away.
