If you are a newbie jailbreaker or someone who is not comfortable/familiar with command line or Secure Socket Shell (SSH), then Yalufix is the best way to reinstall Cydia.

What You Need

You should have your Yalu Jailbreak compatible iOS device and a computer/laptop running Linux, MacOS or Windows. Two files are needed – Cydia Impactor which you can download from this link, and the YaluFix ipa file (get it from this link). Save both files to any convenient folder on your computer.
