The tethered mode means after you restart your device you have to jailbreak again in order to get full access to the root user. This doesn’t mean you’ll have to do this procure again or lose cydia or any installed tweaks. After any restart launch PP and tap on the Big Circle, that’s it.

Pangu iOS 10 Jailbreak and iOS 9.3.2 Release

This month in Shanghai, Team Pangu presented a working iOS 10 Jailbreak running of an iPhone with Cydia in a screen cast at the Mobile Security Conference. Not only they have managed to jailbreak iOS 10 but they’ve worked hard to port Cydia on iOS 10 as well.

Asked by the audience there, Pangu Team stated that they have plans to release the iOS 9.3.2 jailbreak soon. This release note wasn’t the scope of the presentation but just a side aspect. For many this is a reason to hold on iOS 9.3.2 for the upcoming jailbreak.

Returning to the iOS 10 jailbreak, keep in mind that the iOS 10 today is in beta and till this fall Apple will have it’s opportunities to patch the newly discovered vulnerabilities.
